You take out a policy
and believe that you're covered
You seek out a claim 
and find you are buggered

What they sell in the large print
they remove in the small
they're trained not to pay you
So you’ll have bugger all

You have to have insurance
in case the worse should happen
you think you're safely covered
but…it's not what you'd imagine

They're all professionally trained
so you won't get a penny 
you believe they're really helping
as they speak to you so friendly 

If ever you've been struggling
