Life is now so quiet 
we hardly ever speak 
It's not because we've argued
It's just he'd rather tweet

I think he's now been ‘radicalised’
to the point of no return
that's it now forever...
I'll just have to wait my turn 🤐

Life before was different
we actually communicated
It's now all done by texting
and probably cut and pasted

I'll offer him a coffee
and talk maybe face to face
but a grunt is all I'm getting
as he's still in cyberspace 

Power cuts would be interesting 😏
it could be a ‘wakeup’ call
or maybe he'd drive me crazy
and I was better off after all 🤷‍♀️
